This is a fantastic high quality sale in a large gorgeous home in Cave Creek. There are loads of beautiful, unique and interesting items throughout this home and it is all for sale!

There is high end furniture, outstanding and cool table lamps, amazing floor lamps and interesting décor from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Frontgate, Pier One, Henredon, La-Z-Boy, Kincaid and more. There are numerous high end signed and numbered art pieces from Thomas Kinkade; including artist proofs, gallery proofs, and some other originals.

There is an incredible 100 Gallon Redfin Saltwater Aquarium complete with beautiful live coral, sea anemones, and gorgeous colorful saltwater fish! This is an amazing and outstanding work of art!!

There are many magnificent furniture pieces including a floor standing tripod aluminum and wood lamp from Restoration Hardware, two gorgeous modern swivel chairs from Henredon, several custom recliners and sofas from La-Z-Boy, which includes an amazingly comfortable green leather power reclining sofa from La-Z-Boy. There are also two adjustable crank round wood tables, as well as unique and interesting tables from Kincaid, La-Z-Boy, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. There is also a fantastic metal trunk coffee table and side table with leather and cast iron hardware. Very cool! There is even a nice GE Monogram wine refrigerator- ready to stock full of wine and a solid wood A frame wine bottle holder. (You all are lucky we don’t buy from our own sales-LOL)

You will find some fantastic dark wood and needlepoint accent chairs, many high end wood and wrought iron sofa tables and dark wood leather topped end tables throughout the house and casita. In the master bedroom you’ll find a beautiful king size bed frame with a dual adjustable King Size Tempur-pedic mattress with remote controls to include massage, two matching nightstands, two high end like new armchairs, an oversized long bed bench with wrought iron legs and so much more! Oh by the way, we even have several high end Harvey’s Bags, Ralph Lauren Purses and Brighton Bags(with boxes) as well as many unique and interesting purses; such as a seatbelt purse to include the clutch and the wallet.

There is a beautiful distressed hard wood queen size bedframe, dresser, and pair of nightstands in the casita as well as a like new queen size mattress. There is an adorable children’s bedroom suite outfitted with framed ball players, a Thomas the Train Engine table(including cars and more), a vintage Wii Fit and Wii Fit Sports, an Xbox, an Atari, many board games, a life sized T-Rex, a wood chess/checker board, a cute pint sized children’s table with two chairs of course, children’s clothes, a little guy’s tuxedo and so much more. There are some very cool and unique table lamps from companies such as La-Z-Boy and Restoration Hardware.

Electronics include a 55” Vizio LED smart TV, a nice large screen Hisense smart TV, two smaller flat screen TVs, a vintage Technics Receiver, several Blu-Ray Players, a JVC CD changer, indoor/outdoor speakers by Bose, a Sony subwoofer, and many smaller electronics.

There are numerous rugs throughout the home from Pottery Barn, La-Z-Boy and others. You will also find a beautiful hand painted green Cedar trunk from Lane. There are seven signed and numbered Thomas Kinkade Artist Proofs, Gallery Proofs, and Limited Editions all beautifully framed with certificates of authenticity ready to hang. You will find a lot of unique home furnishings and décor throughout the house; including wood & iron wall shelves from Pier One, a leather wrapped mantle clock, a vintage inspired metal framed wall clock, multiple rattan floor vases, decorative candlesticks, amber and frosted glass bowls, very cool multicolored wine glasses, hand carved wooden fish and turtles and so much more.

There is an outstanding large amethyst geode with quartz crystals, a cool Budweiser Navy Mirrored Wall Sign, various paintings, two colorful oils on canvas paintings by Milo Tor and two absolutely fantastic large-scale paintings of vintage Mercedes automobiles on hardboard- very fun indeed and perfect for any auto enthusiast’s home or garage!

The kitchen is also loaded-packed full and includes appliances from Nespresso, Kitchen Aid and Cuisinart. There are numerous vintage, fun, and contemporary teapots and a lot of unique kitchen items from dishes, utensils, glassware, barware, and décor. There are even three amazing brown leather bar chairs to die for!

The garage and front and back patios are full and include two never used tankless water heaters by Rinnai, tools, a Craftsman tool chest, various audio equipment, an Orbital floor buffer, and a very cool gas powered Nitro RS4 RTR 3 remote control car, bicycle helmets, a vintage camouflage Military hard hat, and everything in between. Both patios are chock full of great patio furniture and include an aluminum sectional and tables, a wood table and chairs, two Adirondack chairs, a large cantilever umbrella from Frontgate, two small Bluetooth patio umbrellas, and a large number of incredible pots, cacti and citrus plants. There are six patio lounge chairs, a colorful large outdoor patio rug, two planter boxes, and a very nice copper hose holder.
