The gate will give access for the estate sale starting at 8:00am on Thursday morning. For entrance into Grayhawk you must enter the Main Gate on the South side of Thompson Peak Parkway East of Hayden. You MUST state your are there for the ESTATE SALE and give the gate guard the address of the home. From the gate on Grayhawk Drive South past the golf course to E. Havasupai Drive where you will turn right. Then turn right on N. 84th Place and follow it to the stop sign, where you will turn right on N. 84th Street. The home will be on the right. Please DO NOT block driveways and be courteous of other customers and homeowners.

Per the rules of the community, we are NOT allowed to post signs to the home. Directions from the gate are as follows: From the Main Gate take

This is an Unbelievably Packed Estate with Loads of Incredible Items and Seriously…something for everyone and everyone’s Holiday gift list!  Just a taste..there is Fine Art from  Jurgen Gorg, Thomas Kinkade, S.
