We have a beautiful estate this weekend and the contents of the home include the furnishings and decor, kitchen, patio and garage-i as well as a 2013 BMW 335i M-Sport Convertible with 52k miles! Current run flat tires have low miles on them. See Carfax here

$17,500 for the BMW. The car is CASH only. The Title is held with Desert Financial. We will accompany the buyer to the bank, pay off the loan and the new Title will be mailed directly to the winning bidder from Desert Financial.

In addition to the vehicle, we have Disney collectibles, high end Bassett Furniture, mid mod and contemporary end tables, decor and table lamps, southwestern sculptures, Mikasa crystal, fine china, a Sun Trike bicycle, and so much more. I have been attending the fabulous Estate In Time sales for nearly 2 yrs. Their sales are always first-class, orderly, clean, fair priced with high caliber merchandise. They are always well attended (much to my dismay!). Sales are controlled in that folks must show their sales receipt when leaving to ensure theft has not occurred. They have staff positioned throat the property to monitor/hopefully eliminate any possibility of theft. Sales are captured via bar coding so that a detailed list of items sold/price is provided to their client. They are gracious and friendly to everyone.
