Because we are Certified Personal Property Appraisers and utilize many pricing resources, we have the ability to empty your home and generate optimal revenue. We work with families, fiduciaries, probate and trust attorneys, and executors, those who are downsizing or moving, couples who are divorcing, and even business owners who are liquidating.
My name is Jennifer and I was raised in the Midwest on the eastern side of Iowa, known as the Quad Cities. I grew up there, went to undergrad at Iowa State University and received my doctorate from Palmer University. I have been in business in the Phoenix Metro area for over 24 years.
I absolutely love what I do! My interests include jewelry, artwork, bronzes, antiques and coins and I have been researching and studying for many years. I know where to find the answers and whom to trust. If your specialty items will fare better at a high end auction, I will approach you with that recommendation. I spend the time to properly evaluate your valuables in an effort to maximize your revenue.

Our estate sale process begins with a complimentary consultation in which Jennifer and I visit and view your home or property in question. We will discuss the process of an estate sale and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will discuss our one of a kind proprietary barcoding and inventory software utilized for our sales which makes light work of what would otherwise be a very time consuming process. In conjunction with our state-of-the-art point of sale system and barcode scanners, we are able to account for every sales transaction and every item sold. This is an area where we are unwilling to compromise, because all sales should be fully transparent and accountable.
My name is Robert and I was raised in Southern California. As a child I would travel with my Grandfather, who was an antiques dealer, throughout California and Oklahoma. This is where my passion for finding those unique, and often old, items with value began. I was a young picker of sorts. Later I attended California State University Fresno, where I studied many topics, including art history, art appreciation, and gemology, but I actually graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. I later received my doctorate from Palmer University. I have been in business in the Phoenix Metro area for over 24 years.
I love what I do and I enjoy helping people, and helping to sell and liquidate their estates in their time of need. I have many interests including guns, coins, vintage automobiles, wood working, fine art and photography.

Jennifer and Robert were fantastic with the estate sale for my brother’s house. They came in with a clear understanding of the value of items and knew exactly what to do. I am out of state and handled everything from start to finish and I had nothing to worry about. Things sold for above what I expected and I appreciated that for higher ticket items they advised with me. The house was left immaculate afterwards. They promptly deposited the funds and provided me with a detailed invoice of the goods sold. Overall, they made a very difficult situation much easier and I am forever grateful. Jen and Rob are outstanding people who care deeply about the folks they help – often through difficult scenarios. They are extremely honest about everything and painstakingly barcode every item to be sold. Through their barcoding system, nothing is left to chance. When our sale was completed, we received a very lengthy report, detailing every item sold. Their payment was prompt and complete. In addition to all this – they are genuinely kind, caring, and very nice people; people we now consider friends. One year after our estate sale, we needed a statement from them about the sale (for accounting purposes) and Jen provided it to us within two hours!! She is amazing! We would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I hired this company….(an estate in time) to liquidate my victorian home of 4700 square feet. last February, I specifically waited until we were 4 days from closing so we would make sure it did not fall out of escrow… Jen and Rob spent 2 + weeks cataloging thousands of my personal belongings and antiques , and how they did it was unlike any other estate sale i’ve ever been to…they have a bar coding system which identify’s all of the items for sale… NO CHEAP STICKERS!!! so when a sale took place they would scan the bar code and it print out the sale on an itemized sheet for myself identifying EVERY piece they sold…very professional. Jen and Rob are extremely caring and considerate people they don’t just run a business .. they truly care about the lifetime of possessions they are selling and it shows in every step they took setting up for my sale>>> these people were strangers when I hired them…. now they are family. Jen and Rob are the only company I will ever use and the only people I would recommend to sell your family’s personal collection of lifetime memories.. KIM
