Liquidating an estate can be exhausting and even emotionally difficult. The process can present with difficult logistical challenges and important deadlines. My team and I work hard to minimize your stress throughout the entire process. We work with families, fiduciaries, probate and trust attorneys, and executors, those who are downsizing or moving, couples who are divorcing, and even business owners who are liquidating.
My name is Jennifer Lamb and I was raised in the Midwest on the eastern side of Iowa, known as the Quad Cities. I grew up there, went to undergrad at Iowa State University and received my doctorate from Palmer University. I have been in business in the Phoenix Metro area for over 20 years.
I absolutely love what I do! My specialties include jewelry, crystal, artwork, bronzes, antiques and coins and I have been researching and studying for many years. I know where to find the answers and whom to trust. If your specialty items will fare better at a high end auction, I will approach you with that recommendation. I spend the time to properly evaluate your valuables in an effort to maximize your revenue.
Please remember, we work for YOU! Our commissions are Competitive and our service All Inclusive. Please feel free to call me at (480)276-8045 if you have any questions or concerns regarding your home or a family members or friend’s estate. I am always available to help!
“Allow your Passion to become your Purpose and it will one day become your Profession”.

Our estate sale process begins with a complimentary consultation in which Jennifer and I visit and view your home or property in question. We will discuss the process of an estate sale and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will discuss our proprietary barcoding and inventory software utilized for our sales which makes light work of what would otherwise be a very time consuming process. In conjunction with our state-of-the-art point of sale system and barcode scanners, we are able to account for every sales transaction and every item sold. This is an area where we are unwilling to compromise, because all sales should be fully transparent and accountable.
My name is Robert Lamb and I was raised in Southern California. As a child I would travel with my Grandfather, who was an antiques dealer, throughout California and Oklahoma. This is where my passion for finding those unique, and often old, items with value began. I was a young picker of sorts. Later I attended California State University Fresno, where I studied many topics, including art history, art appreciation, and gemology, but I actually graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. I later received my doctorate from Palmer University. I have been in business in the Phoenix Metro area for over 20 years.
I love what I do and I enjoy helping people, and helping to sell and liquidate their estates in their time of need. I have many specialties including guns, coins, vintage automobiles, wood working, fine art and photography.
I am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. My direct line is (480)322-0602. If I can help, please don’t think twice about calling. You can also email me directly at email@example.com.
I engaged Jennifer & Robert after researching a number of estate sales companies. What I liked was they have a computer system that tracks every item sold and they give that to you after the sale. Once I agreed to using their services they had a team come in and tag all the items that were for sale. They priced items fairly and after the first day they took additional markdowns til the end of the sale. The first day of the sale, there was a group of people waiting outside my home for the sale to start. The first day went very well as did the next two days. After the sale, within a couple of days I had my check and reconciliation of every item sold. In concluding I would highly recommend you contact them if you’ll be doing an estate sale. And you should research any estate sale company you’re thinking of hiring.
The clients whom I sent Jennifer’s way were THRILLED with the referral. The sale went off without a hitch, and the clients were tickled pink with the size of the final check they received. This means a lot to me, as I (an out of state colleague) know the professional estate liquidation industry inside out. Job well done, guys!
We found ourselves in a difficult situation, trying to arrange care for aging parents while figuring out the best way to deal with their home and possessions. We interviewed three great estate sale companies and decided to work with An Estate in Time. They worked hard to organize a house packed full of stuff, ranging from everyday things to collector items. The sale was efficient and professionally run, and also executed with the convenience of neighbors in mind. Throughout the process, Jennifer and Robert were sensitive to the fact that they were handling belongings that had great sentimental value. They had a sound understanding of the true value of items and gave us good advice as we decided what to keep and what to sell. We trusted them completely and were pleased with the precise and detailed report they provided after the sale. I have recommended An Estate in Time to friends and would not hesitate to work with them again. Our sincere thanks to Jennifer and Robert.
Dear Robert and Jennifer,
Thank you for all your hard work this past week. Your professionalism, integrity, sensitivity, reliability and compassion made a difficult move enjoyable. I would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a company to do an estate sale. You were a pleasure to do business with, as were your employees. From turning over the key to my house until they were returned at the end of the sale, I was totally confident of your honesty and ability to follow through with the task at hand. Your delightful personalities and cheerful dispositions won me over immediately. I hope our paths cross in the near future. Once I’m in my new home and settled…..you might just see me at a future sale. Best of luck in your endeavor and please know you may use me as a reference any time. It would be my pleasure.
Try to stay cool this summer, Marcia Weisberg
