We will inventory all items, research item values, and set prices. We will tag all items with professionally printed and barcoded tags that include item description, price and unique item specific barcode.
Estate Sale Days
We will conduct your multi-day sale over the scheduled sale dates using the appropriate number of staff. All items purchased are scanned at checkout and integrate with our state of the art POS system and database. A receipt is printed that must be checked at the door for exit.
Post-Sale Process
At the close of your sale we will tidy up, vacuum and broom clean. Your business check and detailed and itemized sales report will be sent via USPS priority mail with signature within 7 business days.

Once priced, we individually tag items with professionally printed tags, which includes the item description, price and unique item barcode. We utilize our prices realized database, pricing resources, and appraisers as necessary to ensure appropriate pricing of your valuables. We determine the most appropriate way to sell items of higher value, either at the estate sale or at a high end specialty auction.

We take professional pictures of individual items, advertise and market your estate sale on our site as well as on Estatesales.net, Estatesales.org, Estatesale.com, specialty sites, email and the local newspapers when appropriate. All items are scanned at checkout so every sale is instantly recorded into our database. This is not only lightning fast, but accurately records details about every item including the name of the item, the day and time the item sold, and the price at which the items sold. You will receive a detailed report of all item sold data at the conclusion of the sale as well as items left unsold for tax purposes.
Post-Sale
Once the sale closes for the day, we will tidy up, vacuum and broom clean. A detailed and itemized sales report and your check will be deposited directly into your bank account within 7 business days.
